Kit’s Little Kitchen in Georgetown - Her Vibe Diary

A Cozy Little Stop: Kit’s Little Kitchen in Georgetown

Some cafes feel like a quick stop, while others feel like a pause button. Kit’s Little Kitchen in Georgetown? Definitely a pause button. The moment I stepped inside, it felt like I walked into someone’s cozy family kitchen just before the holidays.

If you love exploring small, homey cafes like I do, you might also enjoy my visit to Gather Cafe in Alton.

The Vibe Inside

The first thing I noticed was how inviting the space felt. The mismatched chairs, soft colors, and Christmas garland across the windows. It felt real. Warm. Familiar.

If you’re into cute interiors, you’ll also love the rustic feel at Coy Wolf Coffee in Inglewood, Caledon.

Let’s Talk About the Cookies

Before I even ordered coffee, one thing thing that caught my eye? The COOKIE DISPLAY.

I spotted this adorable sprinkle cookie with a tiny teddy graham baked right into the top. It was the cutest thing ever. They also had ginger cookies, chocolate chip, and other treats, but this one? Immediate purchase.

Let me confess something: the teddy sprinkle cookie got me before the coffee even did.

I also grabbed a chocolate chip cookie. It was soft, chewy, and delicious. Both cookies tasted just as good as they looked. They were perfect in their own way.

My Irish Cream Latte Moment

For my drink, I ordered their Irish Cream latte. They served it in one of their cute Kit’s Little Kitchen mugs with a pretty latte art flower on top. I sat by the Christmas tree, just enjoying every sip of that moment.

It wasn’t too sweet, and the Irish Cream flavor blended in so smoothly. It paired perfectly with the cookies.

The Drink Menu

Their chalkboard drink menu is such a vibe. They serve:

  • Lattes
  • Cappuccinos
  • Flat whites
  • Hot chocolate
  • London Fog
  • seasonal drinks like sugar cookie and holiday spice

Plus, they have a handwritten lunch menu with sandwiches, soups, and daily specials. I love cafes that still do handwritten boards. It feels more personal.

They’re Relocating Soon (But Staying in Georgetown!)

While visiting, I learned that Kit’s Little Kitchen will be relocating soon, but they’re staying right in Georgetown. So the heart of the cafe isn’t going anywhere, it’s simply moving into a new home.

Once the new location is officially open, I’ll update this post (or write a new one) with the address and photos. This way, you can get a feel for the new vibe. I’m actually excited to see how they’ll recreate all this charm in their next location.
