Hey, my lovely besties!
Today, I want to shine the spotlight on this lovely Mississauga gem and tell you why it has become one of my favorite local places to chill, unwind, and indulge. It’s called Buka Maranga Cafe & Catering, and you can find it on Millcreek Drive. I have been visiting this spot for quite some time, but I’m only now getting around to sharing my love for it.

The Vibe and Ambiance
This café offers a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere—think cozy space with open garage-door windows that bring in fresh air and natural light during the warmer months. It’s the perfect spot for enjoying coffee dates, work sessions, or solo downtime. It’s got the vibe that makes you want to settle in and stay for a while.

Coffee and Drinks
The drinks menu is amazing! They have a great selection of coffee, including the popular choices like lattes and cappuccinos. If you’re looking for something cool and refreshing, they also offer cold drinks and smoothies.

I treated myself to a cup of Mocha Latte (peep the pic!). It was the perfect blend of coffee and chocolatey goodness, topped with beautiful latte art. It was the ideal comforting pick-me-up.

And for my wellness besties, they’ve got amazing “Wellness” lattes like Lavender Blue Matcha (as seen below) and more.

This drink stole my heart! Just look at that beautiful blue color – it’s stunning! But it’s not just about the appearance; the taste is amazing too! The flavor is unique and has a lovely blend of earthy matcha and a soft hint of lavender. It’s soothing, and let’s be real, it’s the kind of drink you’d definitely want to share on Instagram!
If you’re looking for something a little different and delicious, this Lavender Blue Matcha Latte is a must-try!
Food and Bites
I decided on their classic breakfast plate, which was served with fried eggs, seasoned home fries, chicken sausages, and a toasted cinnamon-raisin bagel. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful.

It was a well-prepared and satisfying meal – exactly what I needed for a great start to the day.

Sweet Treats Galore
Their pastry selection? Chef’s kiss! They’ve got a stunning display of croissants, danishes, and more. Everything looks straight out of a magazine.

Additional Menu Faves
Here are some other fantastic menu items I’ve personally tried and enjoyed (click to view details!):
- Omlette Plates: their Veggie Florentine Omelette
- For handhelds, the Artisan Grilled Cheese and Avocado toast are absolutely delicious!
These dishes are truly amazing, and I highly recommend them. They’ve all been a great experience!

Insider Tips Before You Go
- Hours: They’re open Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Sundays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Busy Times: It’s a good idea to arrive early if you’re visiting on a weekend since it can get really crowded. Getting there ahead of time can help you find a nice spot and avoid the crowd. But even when it’s packed, the staff work quickly and smoothly, and the vibe remains relaxed.
