Have you ever walked into a grocery store with a clear plan? You know, like you’re on a mission—with a short list: yogurt, granola, nuts, and maybe some fruits. In and out in 15 minutes? Yeah, me too. Every. Single. Time.
But somehow—somehow—I always end up in the floral section, admiring all the gorgeous blooms around me.
I went to Fortinos the other day, and there’s something about the floral shop that always grabs my attention. Right at the entrance—bright, blooming, and totally impossible to ignore. Before I even realize it, I find myself surrounded by beautiful flowers, roses, and those little potted succulents that practically whisper “Take me home.”

The floral shop feels like a mini escape. It’s peaceful. It smells like spring. And it reminds me that a grocery run doesn’t have to be all about errands and efficiency. Sometimes it’s about pausing, admiring something beautiful, and maybe treating myself to a rose or two.

But let’s be real: The floral section isn’t just a detour—it’s a whole mood. Petal-filled kind of therapy.

Note to self (and you!): Never underestimate the magic of fresh flowers—and how a “quick” trip to the store can become a full-blown floral moment.
