Strawberry-Banana Smoothie with Peanut Butter

Making your own smoothie is better than buying it elsewhere. First, it’s much cheaper. Second, you know exactly what ingredients are in your smoothie. By making it yourself, you can customize it to your liking.

What You Need:

  • 1/2 cup Strawberries (diced)
  • 1/2 cup Bananas (diced)
  • 1-2 tbs Natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt (plain low-fat)

NOTE: Use WOW butter instead if you’re allergic to peanut butter!

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a powerful blender. Puree until smooth or reach your preferred consistency.
  2. Pour into your favorite glass.
  3. Enjoy!
